We started Ardent Grace in the wake of the pandemic, so patients needing to access already difficult-to-find mental health services in Alaska or Texas can have a more convenient option. Drawing from over 20 years of community mental health and private practice clinical experience, my approach utilizes a combination of evidence-based techniques that will be individually tailored to your specific emotional, spiritual and relational needs.
Coming from a place of genuine empathy and respect, I'll work to help you find clarity in your situation and redefine issues to make them easier to address. My style is very interactive and conversational, so sessions always involve lots of feedback, encouragement, and focus on what you're doing right. Together, we can identify and implement new skills to better manage stress and anxiety and address any challenges to mental wellness. By building on your strengths, I'd like to help you feel empowered and ready to achieve lasting change. Therapy doesn't have to be a scary or mysterious process. TeletherapyArdent Grace utilizes state-of-the-art, industry-specific technology to offer secure, HIPAA compliant video and phone sessions. A lot of times, busy work and school schedules make it very difficult to find the time to do something good for yourself. I often work with busy professionals who find it easiest to meet on their lunch break, people who work from home, and sometimes even parents of toddlers who don't always have a sitter.
With teletherapy, you can conveniently meet from the comfort of your home or any other preferred location. The goal has always been offer patients the benefits of traditional "brick-and-mortar" clinic services, minus the hassles involved. There's no calling around to find local availability, commute, parking, or phone tag with a receptionist to schedule an appointment. There is, however, 24-hour access to online scheduling that works with your availability, SMS text communication directly with your therapist, reminders for appointments, as well as skilled, evidence-based care that's covered by your insurance. |
