I work with adults 18 and older who are physically located in Alaska during sessions.

Standard sessions are 60 minutes. Intake sessions may run slightly longer.

Yes. Sessions and records are kept confidential in accordance with HIPAA and Alaska law, with the standard exceptions required by law (such as risk of harm to yourself or others).

By law, confidentiality has limited exceptions: risk of serious harm to yourself or others, suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elderly, or dependent adult, and court orders requiring disclosure.
