How do I know which service is right for me?
You don't have to choose. Anxiety, grief, trauma, and neurodivergence often overlap. We'll start with what's weighing on you most and shape therapy around that.
Who do you work with?
I provide individual therapy for adults 18 and older who are physically located in Alaska during sessions.
Do you take insurance?
Yes. I'm in network with many plans, including TRICARE West Region, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and Optum. You can use the insurance verification form to check your coverage.
Is self-pay available?
Yes. Self-pay is $175 for the first session and $150 per session after that, with limited sliding scale availability. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
How long are sessions?
Standard sessions are 60 minutes. Intake sessions may run slightly longer.
