Autism (Level 1) & Neurodivergence Support

Any diagnosis is just a lens we look through to understand ourselves and map out the road ahead. It is never an identity.

Cozy reading nook

You don't have to explain. You don't have to mask.

You don't have to pretend to be someone you're not. You get to exhale, be understood, and feel at home.

Masking, people-pleasing, and trying to "keep up" can lead to exhaustion, anxiety, and burnout. Together, we'll explore your unique wiring, reduce self-criticism, and build supports that help you thrive in your own way.

Neurodivergence includes many ways of thinking, feeling, learning, and experiencing the world—such as autism (Level 1), ADHD, sensory processing differences, giftedness, and other forms of neurological differences that don't always fit neatly into a box.

"The goal isn't to change who you are. It's to find the best way of being you."

What being autistic can look like day to day

For autistic adults, daily life can involve a lot of unseen effort: rehearsing conversations, managing noise and light, and keeping up with social expectations that don't come naturally.

Masking can get you through the day, but it often leads to exhaustion, shutdowns, or burnout later. Some people only realize how much they've been masking once they start to rest.

Meeting from home lets you control your surroundings, which many autistic adults find makes sessions more comfortable.

Common questions about autism-affirming therapy

Do I need an autism diagnosis to work with you?

No. I work with autistic adults and with adults who are exploring whether autistic traits fit their experience.

Is the goal to make me act less autistic?

No. The goal is to understand how you're wired and build a life that works with that, not to teach you to mask more.

What can autism-affirming therapy help with?

Common areas include burnout, sensory overload, anxiety, relationships and communication, self-acceptance, and routines that are sustainable.

Can we adjust how sessions work?

Yes. We can adjust pacing, breaks, and communication style so sessions feel manageable for you.

Support that honors who you are.
